Also, India may be a home to the biggest kid population. However, in recent time we tend to witness, a high rate of juvenile offences in Asian nation, which may be a major concern. Rape Culture in India

 - by Manali Sahu When I first heard this phrase, I questioned why the word "culture" was used to describe something positive and the word "rape" to describe something negative. Culture is defined as the beliefs, practices5, and social interactions of a particular people or society, while rape is (typically) the use of force by a man to coerce a woman into having sex against her will. Why then are we coining this? The solutions were then all around me, I realized. It turns out that we encourage crimes against women more than ever before by preaching about them, acting upon them, and normalizing them. Girls and women are taught by society to give up their freedom in order to stay safe, rather than being taught to respect women. Society condemns girls and women for being bad instead of penalizing those who commit crimes against women. Society "protects" kids from gender issues rather than educating them about it. And instead of avoiding any media that pr...

How poverty leads to crime

-by Akshat Silakari Money is the root of all evil, as well as a means by which people can gauge success and personality. Money has the power to dehumanize us, lead us down a path of criminal passion, and thwart the normal growth of society. I am here to share my insights with all of you on this topic because I think talking openly about this topic can help people change their perspectives. Poverty is the primary driver of a wide range of crimes, including robbery, murder, human trafficking, and the sale of illegal goods. Poor people are initially less likely to have access to higher education, life skills, and job training, they are more likely to be unemployed or working part-time. They are more likely to live in areas with a high criminal presence and drug abuse. Growing up in such conditions increases the chance of committing such crimes because of the despair, frustration, rage, and hopelessness that such circumstances foster. Many people opted for the lucrative drug distributi...

Pseudo Feminism

By Abhinav Panjiyar  Feminism was always known as a range of socio-political movements and ideologies, that were created define and establish the political, economic, personal, and social equality among men and women. The word feminism is as old as 1895. Back then, women fought for equal rights, equal pay, equal share in property among other topics. What we see now is Post-Feminism, a period where women already achieved goals of the first wave and the second wave of feminism, while being critical of dangerous goals of this- and fourth-wave of feminism which threaten human society and thus become an existential threat for many countries. Celebrities and writers such as Camille Paglia, Christina Hoff Sommers, Jean Bethke Elshtain, Elizabeth Fox-Genovese, Lisa Lucile Owens and Daphne Patai oppose some forms of feminism, though they identify as feminists. They argue, for example, that feminism often promotes misandry and the elevation of women’s interests above men’s, and criticize rad...
